Manifesto
Looking for the connection between ancient knowledge and symbolism, we are in search of expressing the truth trough divine patterns and shapes. The shift between planes can happen in right front of us, and more often in our own mind, and in those moments lies a channel to dimensions of eternal beauty.
How it came about
All the artwork created for the Blvck Lama brand is original and all drawn by hand by Marius A. Bogdanas. The concept originated following a visit to the Peruvian jungle in 2007. He has since been drawing these ancient symbols and intertwining Andean mythological objects with other mystical symbols from other ancient cultures. Being originally a graffiti artist since the late 90’s, he mixes old and new styles to create a unique visual language which is that of Blvck Lama.
